This policy describes how quincy.run (“Quincy,” “we,” “us”) handles information in connection with our website and services. Our services are in active development, and our practices may evolve as the platform grows.

What We Collect

Information you provide, such as your name, email, and campaign details, and standard technical information collected automatically, such as IP address, browser type, and usage logs. We use cookies and similar technologies for sign-in sessions, security, and basic analytics; you can control cookies through your browser settings. Payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not store card numbers.

Campaign Workspaces

Data that campaigns upload to their workspaces is theirs. We use it to provide and maintain the services. Google user data is used only as described in the Google Services section below. Workspaces are private; we do not disclose one campaign’s data to another.

Google Services

Quincy offers sign-in with Google and optional integration with Google Workspace. If you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information — your name, email address, and profile image — used solely to create and authenticate your account. Signing in by itself does not give Quincy access to your email messages, files, or the rest of your Google account. If you choose to connect Google Calendar, Google Tasks, Google Contacts, or Gmail, we access only the data covered by the permissions you grant, and only to provide the services you have authorized. Email content is processed by our enterprise partners to provide those services. Quincy cannot read the content of your email messages; only the processed information logged into your workspace is in Quincy’s possession, subject to the limited circumstances described below. Each permission is requested separately, and you may grant some without others.

“Google user data” means any information we receive from Google: the basic profile information used for sign-in and any Calendar, Tasks, Contacts, or Gmail data you choose to connect. We use Google user data only to provide and improve user-facing features of Quincy, and for no other purpose. Quincy’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell or transfer Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not use it to train, develop, or refine artificial intelligence or machine-learning models. No person reads Google user data except with your affirmative agreement, where necessary for security or to investigate abuse, or where required by law. Calendar events remain in Google Calendar; Quincy stores only the references needed to provide the connected features. You may disconnect any Google permission at any time from your Quincy account or your Google account permissions page, and we delete associated Google user data upon disconnection or request.

How We Use Information

To operate, secure, develop, and improve the services, communicate with you, process payments, and meet legal obligations. We use account and technical information, such as usage logs and error reports, to operate the services, fix problems, and make improvements. Google user data is used only as described in the Google Services section above. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your account information for advertising.

Sharing

We may share information with service providers who help us operate, who are permitted to use it only for that purpose and must protect it as we do; when required by law; or in connection with a business transfer.

Mobile App and Device Permissions

The Quincy mobile app uses certain device features with your permission. Location is used by the app on your device to show nearby addresses and route your canvass; the doors you mark are saved to your campaign workspace. Location is used only while you use those features, is under your control through your device settings, and is not used by Quincy for any other purpose. The microphone and speech recognition power voice notes and diary entry. AI features are provided through secure, leading enterprise technology providers. Voice content you choose to record is sent to our enterprise service providers for transcription and is not retained by Quincy after transcription. Transcripts are kept in your campaign workspace and in your AI assistant’s memory. You can revoke any permission in your device settings at any time; the related features stop working and the rest of the app is unaffected.

Retention and Security

Quincy is built on enterprise-grade infrastructure from leading American technology providers, and we protect information with reasonable safeguards. By using the services, you agree that your information may be processed by the enterprise-grade service providers that operate our infrastructure. We keep information as long as reasonably necessary. No system is perfectly secure.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information. You may delete your account at any time from within the app or by emailing access@quincy.run, and we delete your personal information when you do, except where the law requires us to keep it. To make a request, email access@quincy.run.

Children

The services are for adults only and are not directed to children under 13; we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.
